LeAnn Hanfield Curtin has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Development at Beacon Communities. She will now lead the company’s Boston-based development team and oversee an active pipeline of more than 2,000 units in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
LeAnn is currently guiding three transformative mixed-income, adaptive reuse projects in New Haven, CT: Brewery Square and The Atwater at Ninth Square. She is also leading a new construction community at 299 Broadway in Somerville, MA, which will include housing, retail, open space, and a new public park.
With more than 15 years of experience in real estate and affordable housing, she has delivered over 3,000 residential units across New England, New York, and the Mid-Atlantic. Her work spans adaptive reuse, mixed-use new construction, and complex rehabilitation projects.
Prior to joining Beacon, LeAnn served as Vice President at WinnDevelopment, where she managed multi-layered projects from inception through completion.
