Kimberly L. Bartlett has joined Citizens Bank, Connecticut, as assistant vice president, senior public affairs manager. Bartlett had served as the community relations coordinator for Groton-based Charter Oak Federal Credit Union, where she won the Credit Union National Association’s 2010 Diamond Award for Best Community/PR Program. Bartlett also led the marketing and events efforts of New London Main Street, a nationally-recognized downtown revitalization program.
