Bristol aerospace and industrial component maker Barnes Group Inc. today named Christopher J. Stephens Jr. as chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance.
Francis C. Boyle Jr., vice president and controller, who was acting CFO at the company, has been appointed vice president of finance and chief accounting officer.
Stephens has worked at Honeywell International Inc., Boeing Co. and Ingersoll-Rand Co. He was most recently president of Honeywell Consumer Products Group, an automotive-products business.
At 11 a.m., shares of Barnes traded at $13.36, down 21 cents, or 1.6 percent. (AP)
