Bristol manufacturer Barnes Group said Claudia Toussaint, who was senior vice president, general counsel and executive officer, has resigned.
Barnes did not say why Toussaint had resigned. The company expects her resignation, tendered Sept. 10, to be effective on Oct. 20, following a transition period.
She worked in her position from April 2010 to March 2012, before leaving for Tyco Flow Control. Barnes re-hired her to her former position in June 2012.
Toussaint earned $490,000 in salary and bonus in 2013, according to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
