BantamWesson, a Waterbury home heating-oil and services vendor with an office in Canton, says a pair of recent acquisitions have expanded its Connecticut market.
BantamWesson President Craig Snyder said his company bought Oxford Oil from its retiring owner Tom Biondi, and the heating-oil division of Waterbury’s LF Powers, which retains its automotive, commercial and industrial lubricants distribution division.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
BantamWesson also provides heating, ventilation and air conditioning installation and services, plumbing, electrical services, energy assessments, windows and insulation from two other offices in Waterbury and Litchfield.
