Electrical engineer Robert R. Banning has been elevated to a principal at Hamden design studio Silver/Petrucelli + Associates.
Banning, with Silver/Petrucelli since its founding in 1991, previously was an associate and most recently was project manager and chief electrical engineer, managing the firm’s electrical engineering department.
Banning joins principals William Silver, Dean Petrucelli, David Stein, and Ken Sgorbati in overall leadership of the firm.
Banning earned his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Connecticut and is a registered engineer in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
