The roughly 63-year-old building on 1 acre at 132 Main St., is anchored by a Webster Bank branch and has six additional office spaces for lease. It was sold by 132 LLC to 132 Main Betterment LLC in a deal recorded by the town on April 12.
The seller’s principals include Michelle Florian, John Paul Thornton and John Paul Thornton III, all of Southington.
The buyer’s principal is Ali Bigi, of Oxford.
The property was listed by John Donato Jr. and Dawn Rousseau of Showcase Realty.Â
