KBE Building Corp. in Farmington has promoted Kord Baker to warranty/compliance officer.
Baker joined KBE in 1999 as a laborer, and has worked as a project superintendent since 2007, where he would coordinate and schedule trade contractors and maintain KBE’s safety plan as the on-site OSHA administrator.
In his new role for the commercial construction company, he is responsible for tracking and management of all project warranties, as well as post-construction follow-up of any warranty issues.
