Staci Bachman was hired at development firm Spinnaker Real Estate Partners as executive vice president of legal affairs, and general counsel, responsible for managing all internal and external legal services.
Bachman, who will be based in the Norwalk-based firm’s Hartford office, has spent nearly 30 years in the legal profession, and has represented various developers, landlords, tenants, franchisees, institutional and private equity lenders as well as other businesses.
