Continuum Rehabilitation LLC in Avon said it’s won a contract to provide services to a nursing home in Westerly, R.I.
The company did not disclose the value of the contract, which is the third for Continuum in the Ocean State since it started operating there seven months ago.
Continuum has also signed therapy management contracts with facilities in Massachusetts and has announced its intent to enter the Connecticut and Mid-Atlantic markets in 2014.
