Avon insurance and financial planning firm Robert Hensley & Associates has promoted Joseph Shiman III and Margaret Jakubowski to active partner.
The promotions are meant to set the firm up for a future transition when owner Robert Hensley retires.
Shiman, who previously worked for Travelers, joined RHA in 2002. He’s been in the financial industry for nearly 20 years.
Jakubowski, who is Hensley’s daughter, joined the company in 2005.
