A Massachusetts-based operator of hotels across several New England states recently paid $12 million for a 100-room hotel in Avon.
In a deed recorded April 24, JNR Management, of Waltham, Massachusetts, purchased The Residence Inn Hartford Avon, on 5.1 acres at 55 Simsbury Road, from Florida-based hotel operator AD1 Global.
AD1 paid $13 million for the for the three-story hotel in 2019, when the building was 15 years old.
Headed by President Jignesh Patel, JNR operates several hotels across Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut.
