Avon communications firm Mintz + Hoke has promoted Amarilis Guerra to controller. She is responsible for maintaining accounting records, controls and budgets, and ensuring that procedures and reporting comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Guerra also works closely with Bauza & Associates, a multicultural advertising agency, handling the placement of media buys and working with Spanish-speaking vendors.
