A vacant former automotive repair shop property in Ansonia will soon be put to use again — with a new business fixing vehicles.
Property at 209-211 Pershing Drive, Ansonia, formerly a Del’s Auto Body, recently sold for $425,000.
The buyer, 690 New Haven Ave., LLC d/b/a Monaco Enterprise, plans to open an Anthony’s Auto Body in the coming months, according to an announcement.
The property features a 2,550-square-foot automotive repair and auto body building on approximately 0.66 acres.

Fred A. Messore, senior vice president with Colonial Properties in Orange, was the sole broker in the transaction.
The seller was the estate of Anthony and Judith DelMastro.
