An auto repair facility in Southington’s Plantsville section has traded hands for almost $5M, according to property records.
13612 Harbor Boulevard LLC, controlled by Marc Saltzer, of California, has bought the 12,615-square-foot, one-story building, at 1300 S. Main St., for $4.92 million. An email to Saltzer, owner of Authentic Dealer, a California-based supplier of electronics, appliances and dishware to the lodging industry, according to his LinkedIn profile, was not immediately returned.
The seller is MCG Southington South Main LLC, controlled by Calito Development Group, of Torrington. It bought it for $599,900 in 2024.
The property is currently occupied by Caliber Collision, an autobody shop.
The building, which was built in 2024 and sits on 4 acres, is appraised at $2.62 million and assessed at $1.14 million.
