Picard’s practice centers on handling creditor’s rights issues and real estate litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. He is expanding his practice to include commercial litigation. His clients have included national banks and servicers along with local lenders.
Sherman practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, commercial finance and real estate law.
