Attorney Bogan changes firms

Utility and energy-regulatory attorney David W. Bogan has joined Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP as a partner in the international law firm’s Hartford office.

Before joining Edwards Wildman, Bogan chaired the Utilities Group from the Hartford office of Robinson & Cole.

Bogan’s practice includes all aspects of public utility regulation before administrative agencies and state and federal courts. He advises some of the nation’s largest cable, telecommunications and water companies on regulatory issues and acquisitions.

Bogan began his legal career as a staff attorney for the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority before moving to the Connecticut Office of Consumer Counsel.
