Atlanta company acquires Farmington IT services provider

Georgia management consulting and technology services firm Intellinet has agreed to acquire Farmington’s Innovative Computer Systems for an undisclosed amount, the two announced.

The two combined Microsoft-centric firms will operate under the Intellinet name, with five East coast offices, including ICS’s office in Waltham, Mass.

ICS CEO Steve Roux will become president of Intellinet’s Northeast division.

“This merger, with another award winning, committed partner, will enable us to raise the bar even higher on our customer impact,” Roux said in a statement.
