Arthritis Awards

The Arthritis Foundation, Northern & Southern New England Chapter, presented the Joseph J. Cassidy Leadership Award to Frank P. Longobardi at its annual meeting at the Rocky Hill Marriott. The chapter’s leadership award recognizes a volunteer for long-standing service that has made a significant difference in the chapter. The award is named in honor of the late Joseph J. Cassidy, past senior vice chair of the chapter who was dedicated to the mission of the Arthritis Foundation. Longobardi has dedicated more than 10 years to the Arthritis Foundation working as a volunteer, a major donor, an event chair and chair of the Board of Governors for the last two years. Longobardi is a managing partner at Haggett Longobardi, a division of J.H. Cohn, and resides in Glastonbury. Pictured, from left, are: Longobardi and presenters Katherine Cassidy and Lisa Cassidy.
