Wallingford electrical-cabling maker Amphenol Corp. expanded its board to nine, with the appointment of Arizona electric-utility executive David P. Falck.
Falck, 59, is executive vice president and general counsel at Pinnacle West Capital Corp., parent of Arizona Public Service Co., that state’s biggest power company.
He will stand for election at the May annual meeting.
