New Haven-based architecture studio Pickard Chilton has added to its leadership team with the promotion of three to principal.
Stephen Harris, Michael Hensley and Adrienne Nelson previously had the title of associate principal.
They now join Jon Pickard, William Chilton and Anthony Markese as principals of the 25-year-old studio.
Chilton said of the new principals, “We share a passion for design and creating architecture that helps build community.”

According to Markese, this expansion in the firm’s leadership formalizes a collaboration that has developed in recent years.
Pickard Chilton has served as design architect for mixed-use and office developments around the United States and the world.
