Jay Arcata, a Hartford attorney formerly of Halloran & Sage LLP, was hired as vice president of client operations at BX3 Capital, a New York business advisory firm for the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
Arcata was named to the Hartford Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2012.
