Susan Adler Maloney was promoted to business development officer at Rockville Bank in South Windsor. Prior to her promotion, Maloney was assistant vice president and lead manager at the bank. The bank also promoted Sean Millane to business development officer. Millane was formerly assistant vice president, branch officer and consumer investment specialist.
The Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism in Hartford promoted George Norfleet to director of the film division. Norfleet was formerly senior program manager at the division. The commission also hired Mark Dixon and Ellen Woolf as senior program associates. Both Dixon and Woolf were formerly film division consultants at the Connecticut Economic Resource Center.
