Applied Geographics Inc. has signed up for 2,750 square feet of office space on the first floor at Commerce Center One, 333 East River Drive in East Hartford.
Applied Geographics, formerly of Manchester, provides, state-of-the-art geographic information system consulting services and solutions to real estate companies, businesses, and municipal governments in New England.
Konover Commercial Corp. represented landlord, Commerce Center One LLC, in the lease.
CresaPartners in Providence represented the tenant.
West Hartford move
Mental Health Associates of Connecticut is moving its main offices to West Hartford, where the firm has leased 3,400 square feet of office space at 61 South Main St.
Mental Health Associates, presently in Wethersfield, helps more than 900 Connecticut residents with severe pervasive mental illness receive residential, vocational, psychological and case management services.
RM Bradley Brokerage Co. represented the tenant. RLM Co. represented landlord Sard Realty.
Norwich lawyers expand
Louden Legal Group LLC has expanded its office space to 2,650 square feet in the Mercantile Exchange Building in Norwich.Â
The family-law practice will occupy space on the third floor of the building located at 55 Main St.
Louden Legal has been a tenant since 2005.
The Norwich Community Development Corp. owns the building but the master lease is held by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.
Konover Commercial Corp. in West Hartford was the sole broker for the transaction.
Branford upholsterers
L&J Upholstery leased 1,024 square feet at 11 Sycamore Way in Branford for its business.Â

Farmington office space
Landlord Two Mile Road Realty Associates has hired Goman+York Property Advisors to lease its 32,000-square-foot office building in Farmington.
The two-story Class A space at 8 Two Mile Road is near the University of Connecticut Health Center.
The property is being marketed for medical and professional office use.
Firestop’s Milford lease
Firestop Associates Inc. leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 55 Eastern Steel Road in Milford.
Firestop, whose principal is Carol Barber, is a construction firm specializing in fire and smoke-stop work.
The Geenty Group, Realtors represented landlord Connors Properties LLC.
Arnold Peck’s Commercial World represented the tenant.
North Haven lease
Executive Landscaping has leased 27,000 square feet at 37 Nettleton St. in North Haven.
Landlord Third Generation I LLC owns the property.
Colliers International represented both parties in the lease.
