The state Department of Consumer Protection said it is now accepting applications for medical marijuana producer and dispensary licenses.
Regulations approved by a legislative committee in late August were posted Friday to the Secretary of State’s website, making them official.
DCP said it plans to award between three and five dispensary licenses and three producer licenses. Applications are due Nov. 15.
