A medical practice has signed a five-year lease for office space in a Stamford office tower.
MFQ Medical Services LLC, operating as GreenwichMD, leased 3,662 square feet at 1351 Washington Blvd., a 10-story, 208,848-square-foot building co-owned by Diamond Properties and 80 WEP-1351 LLC, property records show.
GreenwichMD is a physician-led practice focused on aesthetic and age-management medicine, offering services such as cosmetic injectables, laser and skin treatments, body-contouring procedures, and wellness therapies, according to its website.
Diamond Properties said it will complete tenant improvements for the space, including lighting and flooring upgrades, along with HVAC and electrical modifications designed to accommodate exam rooms and medical equipment.
Diamond Properties, a New York-based real estate firm, owns more than 100 properties totaling approximately 17 million square feet across 13 states.
