David Fusco, president of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield’s Connecticut market, will retire at year’s end, the company said today.
Fusco has been with Anthem for nearly 30 years. He was promoted to president in early 2005.
Fusco will continue in his current role until Anthem finds his successor and assist in the transition, Anthem said in a statement.
“We thank Dave for his leadership and his many contributions to the success of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and wish him the best of luck in the future,” the statement said.
