An animal hospital property in Brookfield has sold for $2.73 million, according to the town’s property records.
Saastha LLC purchased the 9,198-square-foot, two-story building, at 329 Federal Road, in late February. It is occupied by Brookfield Animal Hospital, according to the business’ website.
The seller was 329 Federal Road LLC, which is controlled by Michael Dattner and Silke Bogart, of Brookfield. Bogart and Dattner are listed as principals of the Brookfield Animal Hospital, according to the company’s website. They bought the property for $350,000 in 1999, property records show.
The building, which sits on a 0.93-acre parcel and was built in 2008, was appraised at $806,950 and assessed at $564,850 in 2024.
