Wallingford electronic-cable-connector maker Amphenol Corp. declared a regular third-quarter dividend of 15 cents a share payable on or about Oct. 7 to shareholders of record on Sept. 16.
Amphenol recently posted lower second-quarter earnings that still came in ahead of analysts’ forecasts.
