A kitchen-equipment supply business has leased a 2,238-square-foot space at 29 Soundview Rd. in Guilford.
American Marketing International LLC, the tenant, helps its customers with the design and installation of commercial kitchens in locations such as restaurants, hotels and office buildings.
The company’s clients have included large chains including Dairy Queen, California Pizza Kitchen, Burger King, Chili’s and Hilton Hotels, according to its website.
The terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The company’s primary office in the United States is on Nod Road in Clinton, but it also has locations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Hyderabad, India.
According to The Geenty Group, Realtors of Branford, which handled the transaction, the lease is an expansion for AMI. The company also recently leased a 6,324-square-foot space at 1 Shoreline Dr. in Guilford.
The space on Soundview Road is a flex unit featuring a truck dock and a drive-in door. The location is part of a two-building complex with easy access to I-95.
Kevin Geenty and Kristin Geenty of The Geenty Group were the sole brokers, representing both AMI as tenant, and the landlord, Russo Real Estate LLC.
