A Wallingford industrial property anchored by e-commerce giant Amazon has sold for $24.5 million, town records show.
The 184,875-square-foot property at 29 Research Parkway, which was built in 2003, sold in early December to Massachusetts-based industrial real estate investor Northbridge, according to CoStar.
The seller was West Hartford-based The Fremont Group, which purchased the property in 2013 and made renovations in 2015.
The building is one of two Amazon locations in Wallingford. The company in June debuted an 84,000-square-foot delivery station at 425 South Cherry St., that was planned to house more than 150 full- and part-time workers and “hundreds” of drivers.
It debuted the Research Parkway property in 2015.
