Family values of Altek begin with a customer-centric focus including responsiveness with integrity and quality. We exist today because of our stability. Since the inception, the business operates with the simple philosophy that “Income must exceed Outgo!”
How do you remain competitive in the market?
Remaining competitive requires dedication to continuous improvement. At Altek, we have the environment of continuous improvement, which is the backbone for our continued success. Our philosophy is “If it's not broke, break it.” Our employees are no strangers to change and realize that change is necessary if we are to remain competitive in today's business climate.
What are your most significant accomplishments in the past 12 months?
Accomplishments include: nine employees completing Six Sigma Green Belt training;continued strengthening of middle management into a cohesive team through onsite training; the entire Altek family, including employees, giving back to the community; and 2014 marked our best sales year.
