Allen to manage Windham center

Rebecca Allen has joined Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery as manager of the Windham Recovery Community Center.

Prior to joining CCAR, Allen worked at a behavioral health organization for more than 10 years. She is pursuing her master’s degree in public health at UConn.
