Amanda D.H. Allen has been promoted to chief financial officer of Wallingford-based Edible Arrangements International from vice president of finance and accounting. Allen joined Edible in 2015 after roles that included corporate finance and strategic planning leadership positions at PepsiCo, Starwood Hotels and Waterworks. Allen succeeds Tony DiPippa, who will take on an expanded role overseeing the day-to-day operations of Edible and working closely with founder and CEO Tariq Farid to manage his portfolio of companies.
