J. Rockwell Allen has joined the West Hartford financial planning and investment firm Private Capital Group LLC as a member of the firm’s financial planning team, where he will focus on on long-range financial and investment planning.
Allen previously served as a member of the West Springfield, Mass. financial planning practice of APW Wealth Advisors.
