Waterbury’s All-Star Transportation said it has acquired Plymouth’s Worhunsky Corp., which will extend All-Star’s school bus transportation service to several districts in Litchfield and New Haven counties.
The company said it will take in all of Worhunsky’s 115 employees, which adds to its own roster of approximately 800. Worhunsky also owns 120 vehicles.
All-Star provides bus service to 30 cities and towns.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
