To meet the need to fill 140 new positions across New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Connecticut, Aldi’s will be holding four job fairs across the state. The grocer pays 32 percent above Connecticut’s minimum wage.

The grocery store chain is hiring store associates at four job fairs in Torrington, Wallingford, Milford and Danbury on Thursday, April 14 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The starting pay is $12.75 per hour. Employees averaging more than 25 hours a week are eligible for full health insurance benefits and dental coverage.
