A publicly traded California company that offers alcohol treatment programs said it’s inked a licensing deal to bring its services to Connecticut.
Fresh Start Private Management Inc., which trades as a penny stock, said JPL LLC has begun scouting locations in the state for clinics.
JPL registered on Nov. 7 to do business in Connecticut. Its only member is listed as David De Csepel of Pasadena, Calif.
Under the deal, JPL would pay Fresh Start an upfront fee and royalties.
