Affinity Healthcare Management, operator of four nursing homes in Hartford, Bloomfield, Windham and Enfield, says it has emerged from bankruptcy.
The firm credited the state social services department and tax collector, as well as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Internal Revenue Service, with helping it restructuring its mortgages, tax liens and other debts to resolve its bankruptcy.
The four nursing homes are: 120-bed Alexandria Manor in Bloomfield; 98-bed Blair Manor in Enfield; 90-bed Douglas Manor in Windham; and 105-bed Ellis Manor in Hartford.
