Aetna Inc. Chairman and former CEO Ronald A. Williams has become a Boeing director, The Associated Press reports.
Williams, 61, stepped down as Aetna CEO last month. He joined Aetna as executive vice president and chief of health operations in 2001, and was named CEO in February 2006.
Boeing said he would serve on its audit and finance committees.
