Aetna shuffles executive office

One Aetna Inc. executive has been promoted to a newly created position while another has left the firm. Mark Bertolini, executive vice president for regional businesses has been promoted to head of business operations. Meanwhile, James Forman, executive vice president for national businesses, has left the Hartford-based health insurer to rejoin his former employer, Towers Perrin, as managing director of HR services.
