Celebrity chef Bobby Flay is joining America’s chefs and Aetna Inc. in a $10,000 recipe contest to spotlight healthy cuisine.
Flay will kick off the Aetna Healthy Food Fight event Wednesday at Aetna’s corporate headquarters in midtown Hartford.
Anyone with an original healthy recipe is eligible for the recipe contest that features appliance prizes.
“I love a challenge, so I’m excited to join Aetna and The Culinary Institute of America in teaching people across the country that healthy cooking can be fun, easy, and taste terrific,” Flay said.
