Temporary placement firm Advantage Staffing named Paul Bordonaro to direct operations in Connecticut and the Northeast region, one of three new leadership changes to the firm.
Bordonaro will oversee existing operations in Fairfield and Putnam; Providence, R.I.; and Worcester, Mass., and will seek out new markets in the region, the company said.
He spent 16 years as a staffing branch manager, area manager, and vice president in the Northeast.
Elsewhere, Jon Pequignot is the new vice president for Advantage’s Southeast Region which includes Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.Â
