Christopher J. Luise, co-founder and CEO of Rocky Hill-based IT management and cybersecurity company ADNET Technologies, has been named chief operating officer of New Charter Technologies.
Luise, who co-founded ADNET in 1991, has also served as group president of New Charter for the past three years. New Charter acquired ADNET in 2021.
In his new role, he will oversee operations for New Charter’s network of over 30 companies across North America. Luise will step down as ADNET’s CEO, but remain involved in its strategic alignment with New Charter.
