Farmington tech consulting firm Adnet Technologies LLC said it has acquired an IT services provider in Albany, N.Y.
Adnet said in a statement that the acquisition will extend its IT, security and advisory services further into the northeast and lead to an expansion of its application services group.
The two firms said they have known each other for more than 15 years, because they are both members of the same business networking group.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
