Hooker & Holcombe, regional actuaries and employee benefit consultants, has renewed and expanded its lease at 65 LaSalle Road in West Hartford Center.
Hooker & Holcombe’s new lease is for 14,600 square feet — the entire fourth floor — an increase from 12,000 square feet. The building is owned by Lexham Properties of Westport. The tenant also plans to refurbish the space.
Christopher Ostop of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented Hooker & Holcombe in the lease.

MRI At Blue Back Square
MRI of Farmington Avenue LLC leased 2,167 square feet of medical office space in The Rutherford of Blue Back Square in West Hartford.
The Blue Back Square location will be MRI’s latest office and will be called MRI At Blue Back Square.
Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented The Rutherford. O,R&L Commercial represented MRI.

Shoreline Health Expands
Shoreline Health and Fitness Inc. has leased the retail storefront next door to their Clinton facility at 161 West Main St. to offer expanded Pilates and other fitness classes.
The Geenty Group Realtors represented the tenants and the building owners, Frederick and Linda Bauer, in the lease.

Old Saybrook Caterer
Cloud Nine Catering has leased 5,862 square feet at 5 Research Parkway in the Old Saybrook Business Park to house its catering restaurant operation.
Chef Christian Chaumette plans to use this newly decorated culinary facility as a warehouse and staging area for his nine catering crews and as a location for tastings for prospective clients.
The Geenty Group, Realtors, in Branford, represented Cloud Nine and the landlord, Mill Meadow Development LLC.

Attorney Relocates
Attorney Sharyn D’Urso has opened offices in 2,000 square feet at 35 Elm St. in New Haven.
D’Urso moved her offices from 169 Olive St. in New Haven.

Vicino Leases Space
Vicino Builders Remodeling and Construction of Guilford leased 1,050 square feet of shop space at 67 North Branford Road in Branford.
The Geenty Group Realtors of Branford represented Vicino and landlord Millbrook Limited Partnership in the deal.
Paul Vicino said his company will use the space for storage and some fabrication.

New Tenants At Wintonbury Mall
The Lightstone Group, owner of the Wintonbury Mall in Bloomfield, has signed two tenants to long-term leases.
Feyzi’s Tailor Shop leased 600 square feet in the mall, said Jeff Dash, Lightstone’s vice president of leasing.
Medwinter Group LLC signed for 1,050 square feet to serve as the U.S. headquarters for the Hyacinth Williams Foundation for Children. The foundation develops the leadership and entrepreneurial abilities of youths in the Greater Hartford and provides educational support to children ages six to 17 in Jamaica.
