The acquisition of Plainville benefits management firm Triad by Tennessee’s MedSolutions is complete, the latter announced.
The deal was first announced in September. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Triad adds pain management, spine surgery and physical medicine capabilities to MedSolution’s offerings.
MedSolutions bills its care management programs as a way for health plans to reduce costs by up to 20 percent.
