New Haven drug developer Achillion Pharmaceuticals Inc. has promoted Joseph Truitt, its chief commercial officer, to senior vice president.
Truit had been vice president. He is responsible to developing markets for Achillion’s pipeline of drugs to treat blood-borne ailments such as hepatitis C and HIV.
