The state Department of Banking has approved Achieve Financial Credit Union’s application to relocate its Meriden branch to 752 East Main St.
The Berlin-based credit union is moving out of its space in the 22,624-square-foot Cloverleaf building at 1064 East Main St., which sold last year. The relocation was approved by the state banking agency on June 14.
The 1,251-square-foot building at 752 East Main St., which will have a drive-through ATM, previously housed Bess Eaton coffee shop and Little Caesar’s pizza.
Achieve will close its branch in the Cloverleaf building, which is home to several financial and health-related businesses, including the Credit Union League of Connecticut. Hartford HealthCare’s rehabilitation center is on the second floor.
The Cloverleaf property was purchased by WS CLOVERLEAF LLC, which is controlled by Todd Taylor and Daniela Bozano of Guilford.Â
The seller was CLOVERLEAF REALTY LLC, controlled by Daniel and Edward Roman.
Achieve Credit Union has another location in New Britain.
