ACES promotes Rossetti-Ryan

Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES) in North Haven has appointed Evelyn Rossetti-Ryan as the new public relations and marketing manager. Rossetti-Ryan has been with ACES since 2010, serving as grant writer and education specialist in teaching English as a second language. The New Haven resident received a doctor of education degree in educational administration and a master of arts degree in the teaching of English as a second language from Teachers College, Columbia University.
